Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at theflip.museum (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site.

The Site is operated by The Flip NFP (“The Flip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Illinois Not-For-Profit Corporation.

Museum Visits & Events

Information about museum hours, events, tours, and admission published on this Site is subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current but cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times.

By attending any event or visiting The Flip, you agree to follow all posted rules and the directions of museum staff. Visitors interact with pinball machines at their own risk. While we maintain our machines to a high standard, mechanical equipment can malfunction. The Flip is not responsible for injuries resulting from the normal use of our exhibits.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about museum news, events, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email or by contacting us at hello@theflip.museum.
